Although during peak times this may not be possible, please allow for extra time to have your order delivered although we always try and make contact if we aim to deliver late. •We ask that our delivery drivers are provided with a safe, risk free area to deliver your food. Please keep any dogs in a different room. •Dependant on your order, you may need to reheat your food. Instructions will be supplied for safe reheating. •All food dishes will be supplied in disposable packaging. Food safety guidelines will be adhered to at all times. These include temperature checks and allergen information. All deliveries will be confidential and will not be shared or discussed outside of the delivery. •Upon delivery, unless a no-contact delivery choice has been made, we will knock or ring the doorbell and wait. if we do not receive an answer from the property we will contact the number provided by the customer. When we have arrived at the address provided by the consumer, without a response when knocking and if no response is received the order will either be left at the property or taken back to site and disposed of. This choice is down to the discretion of the delivery driver. When food is delivered at an incorrect temperature and not in the high-quality condition our guests expect, our policy is to offer the customer a replacement of product. Should this not be to satisfaction then a choice of a full refund or vouchers for the affected items would apply.
