Full payment must be made via debit card when order is placed. Specific time of delivery will be agreed and address confirmed. • Your food will be delivered and placed outside of your front door. Disposable gloves will be worn for each delivery and thrown away once delivery has been made. We will knock or ring the doorbell upon delivery, but you must not open your door until our member of staff has departed safely. • Our staff will not be able to enter the premises or handle any cash. Dependant on your order, you may need to reheat your food. Instructions will be supplied for safe reheating. • All food dishes will be supplied in disposable packaging. Food safety guidelines will be adhered to at all times. These include temperature checks and allergen information. When food is delivered at an incorrect temperature and not in the high-quality condition our guests expect, our policy is to offer the customer a replacement of product. Should this not be to satisfaction then a choice of a full refund or vouchers for the affected items would apply.
